1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bjj platform and all its services. bjj is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, live casino, slots, cricket, and various other betting services for Bangladeshi users.

By accessing the bjj platform, opening an account, or using any service, you ("Member" or "User") agree to follow all the rules set out in these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete legal framework of bjj. Reading these documents together will give you a full understanding of the platform's rules.

2Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account at bjj, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are opening the account voluntarily and of your own decision.
• All information provided is true, accurate, and your own.
• You do not already have an active account at bjj.
• You are not restricted from using online gaming services under applicable law.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration you must provide your correct name, mobile number, email, and any other required information. bjj may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal may be restricted until identity verification is complete.

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

If any information on your account changes, you must notify our support team immediately. bjj reserves the right to close an account and withhold funds if false or incorrect information is provided.

3Account Responsibilities

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the bjj support centre immediately.

3.2 Personal Nature of the Account

A bjj account is strictly personal. Placing bets on behalf of others, renting out, or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. Account balance or bonuses may not be sold or transferred to a third party.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions for 180 consecutive days, the account may be marked as inactive. Rules regarding the balance of inactive accounts are determined by the bjj management committee. Contact the support centre to reactivate your account.

4Betting and Game Rules

4.1 Finality of Bets

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are considered final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bjj reserves the right to void that bet.

4.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or event and are clearly shown in the game interface. bjj may change these limits at any time.

4.3 Game Results

The results of all games and bets are determined through impartial algorithms and verifiable systems. The RTP (Return to Player) for casino games falls within applicable limits, though the long-term average is not guaranteed for any single session.

4.4 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, or other sports, the official results of the relevant sports body are used to determine outcomes. If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to bjj's established rules.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bjj currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming activity.

Make sure you use the correct payment details when depositing. bjj will not be responsible for funds lost due to incorrect information. It is recommended that transactions be made from the mobile banking number registered to your bjj account.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete. bjj reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process while investigating suspicious transactions.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

bjj offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. That means a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳24,000 in bets before withdrawal.

6.2 Bonus Terms

• The stated conditions must be met to qualify for a bonus.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same person, household, or IP address are not allowed.
• bjj may cancel a bonus if it appears the purpose of the bonus is being abused.
• A bonus may need to be used within a specific time limit.
• Bonuses are not transferable to another member.

6.3 VIP Program

bjj's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available — Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjj platform:

1. Opening or operating an account using fraudulent information.
2. Conducting transactions or operating an account using another person's identity.
3. Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
4. Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to influence game results.
5. Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
6. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
7. Coordinated betting against other members to gain an unfair advantage.
8. Any activity that damages bjj's brand or reputation.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure and the entire balance may be forfeited. The matter may be reported to the relevant legal authorities if necessary.

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 bjj's Right to Act

If these Terms are violated, bjj may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice. This decision will be made at bjj's sole discretion.

8.2 Member-Initiated Closure Request

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, the remaining balance after deducting any pending bets will be returned. Self-exclusion is also available under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

8.3 Balance During Suspension

The balance may be held while an account is suspended for investigation purposes. The balance will be released once the investigation is concluded and no violation is found.

9Limitation of Liability

bjj strives to operate its services reliably, but bjj's liability is limited in the following situations:

• Bets or game sessions lost due to internet disconnection or technical faults.
• Issues caused by the member's own device or software.
• Delays or errors from third-party payment services.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, and similar occurrences.

bjj is not liable under any circumstances for indirect losses, loss of profits, or incidental damages arising from use of the service. bjj's total liability shall never exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

10Changes to Terms

bjj reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after that point means you have accepted the updated Terms.

For significant changes, bjj will attempt to send a notice to your registered email or mobile, though this is not mandatory. It is the member's responsibility to check this page regularly.
